The apartment is modern and spacious with over 100 square metres of internal space and almost 40 square metres on the sunny terrace. It is on the top floor of a three-storey block with a modern lift from the front door. The south-facing terrace has one part with a full awning which can be extended to give shade from the sun and the apartment has full air conditioning and central heating.

Accommodation consists of an attractive entrance hall, large dining/sitting room, double bedroom, twin bedroom, two bathrooms, kitchen and utility room. All rooms have been furnished to a high standard and the main room has a large flat-screen television with dozens of satellite channels and a CD/DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and ample pots and pans, crockery cutlery and glasses. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble drier, iron and ironing board. All fitted appliances are of high quality.
