Prices for longer periods will be reduced. For example, a two-week booking will have a reduction of 15% and terms will be negotiated for 4 or more weeks.
People who have booked before can receive a discount of 20% and if you encourage friends to book we will pay you a cash bonus of 20% !
Remember that the prices quoted above include electricity and laundry charges as well as our valued “Meet and Greet” service in which our local (English) agent will meet you in a convenient place, escort you to the apartment and explain how everything works! He is also available if you need help during your stay.
A deposit of 30% of the rental price is required to make a confirmed booking. The booking will be confirmed by email. The balance has to be paid 8 weeks before the start of the rental.
