The bedrooms have one double and two single beds and the sitting room has two sofa beds so the apartment can sleep up to six people.

The whole accommodation is tastefully furnished befitting its status as a penthouse apartment. It is fully equipped, right down to champagne glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

The large south facing terrace has wonderful views overlooking part of the golf course and views to the sea and to the nearby "Conch" mountain.. It gets the sun all day, and there are parasols to off-set the heat. In the evening the terrace lights allow you to drink or dine on the terrace and appreciate the lights of the villas in the distance.
