The apartment is situated overlooking the La Quinta Golf course and also has sea and mountain views. It is on the top floor of a 3-storey block of six luxury apartments with lift access
The fashionable shopping areas of Marbella and Puerto Banus are less than 15 minutes drive and it is about 5 minutes from the exit point of the motorway from Malaga Airport (40 minutes drive).
Gibraltar and Ronda are just 1 hour's drive and the city of Seville is under 3 hour's drive.


La Quinta Golf course is one of the finest on the Costa del Sol. Situated in the heart of a unique natural environment, there are three nine hole courses, making it possible to play different combinations for an eighteen hole round. La Quinta has a lovely clubhouse with restaurant and has tennis courts, practice range and gold academy.

 

  
       

The terrace has wonderful views overlooking part of the golf course and views to the sea. It is south facing and gets the sun all day.

  
 
 
It is in Marbella’s golf valley, enjoying the best mountain and coast panoramic views and is one of the most charismatic clubs in Spain. Designed by Manuel Pinero and Antonia Garcia, La Quinta is a well-balanced, non-excessively long course, which requires good technique.
